Big adventures, muddy boots and wonderful woodland discoveries!

At Little Monkeys, we are delighted that all our Preschool children have the opportunity to attend Little Wild Things Forest School every Wednesday during term time.

Little Wild Things is a small Community Interest Company offering exciting outdoor learning experiences in a beautiful patch of local woodland. Their specially designed woodland sessions encourage children to explore, investigate, take appropriate risks and develop a love and appreciation of the natural world.

Through hands-on activities, imaginative play and exciting woodland adventures, children develop their confidence, independence, problem-solving skills and friendships, all while enjoying the fresh air and freedom of the great outdoors!

Children travel to and from Little Wild Things by minibus and/or nursery car, with arrangements made by the nursery.

There is an additional charge for Little Wild Things, which will be added to your nursery invoice. By booking your child into a Wednesday Preschool session, you are agreeing to their participation in Little Wild Things Forest School.

Children in receipt of Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) funding can use this funding to cover the cost of the sessions.

Further information, including arrangements and what your child will need to bring, will be shared with parents nearer the time.
